Ordering
You may place an order to purchase any product(s) advertised for sale on TSC website by simply following the onscreen prompts after clicking on the item you are interested in. You will have an opportunity to review your order and correct any input errors up until the point which you submit your order by clicking the MAKE PURCHASE button on the CHECKOUT page.
After submitting your order online, we will send you a confirmation email with your order reference and detailing the product(s) that you have ordered. The Spears Company Pty Ltd will process your order and charge your debit or credit card via PayPal.
Product Availability
On some occasions due to a high level of demand, we may temporarily be out of stock for some products. We do reserve the right to directly ship products from the manufacturer to you.
Pricing
All product prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST). Prices may change at any time prior to (but not after) acceptance of your order.
Payment
All payment transactions will be processed on our behalf by PayPal. This means that your debit/credit card details are provided directly to PayPal and are never revealed to us. PayPal operate a secure server to process your payment details. For your security The Spears Company Pty Ltd does not store any debit/credit card details. PayPal encrypt your debit/credit card information and authorise payment.
We highly recommend that you do not communicate your payment card details to anyone, including us, by email. The Spears Company Pty Ltd cannot be responsible for any losses you may incur in transmitting information to us by internet link or email. Any such loss shall be entirely your responsibility.
Delivery
The Spears Company Pty Ltd offers free Australia Post delivery in Australia only for an order over $100. Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to International addresses. All orders will normally be processed within 48 hours of receiving your order, and should arrive within 72 hours of collection. Should your delivery be delayed, a member of The Spears Company customer service team will contact you promptly by email.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order if it has not been dispatched or within 7 working days of receipt of the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at sales@spears.com.au We will refund the cost of your order if the order has not been dispatched or you have informed us of the cancellation within 7 working days of the receipt of goods. However, you must pay for the return postage.
Returns Policy
The Spears Company Pty Ltd, trust that you will be pleased with your purchase(s). Should you wish to return any item purchased from us, we will refund or exchange any unused product provided it is in a fully resaleable condition and upon production of your receipt. Returns should be made within 30 days with the product in the original undamaged packaging. If the product is not returned to The Spears Company Pty Ltd in a fully resaleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
If any product you purchase is found to be faulty or damaged when delivered, The Spears Company Pty Ltd may offer to replace or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights.
